Return & Refund Policy
At Canada Colour, we accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items or in cases where there has been an error on our part (e.g., incorrect printing or wrong product).
Misplaced orders and non-defective products are not eligible for return.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@canadacolour.ca so we can make it right.
Return Process
• Email us at info@canadacolour.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
• Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
